AIR CONDITIONING

You don't just need Air Conditioning to stay cold you know...

Did you know your Air Conditioning requires regular maintenance to work as it should?.
Vehicle A/C systems will tend to lose there ability to work over time as the internal fluids find ways to leak out and this will over time this will cause deterioration in performance.

Worse still, if you leave it too long more serious problems can occur, and the system could end up needing complete replacement.

The consequences of not maintaining your Air Conditioning could include:

• Poorer fuel economy as the compressor remains engaged to attain lower temperatures

• Internal corrosion caused by air or moisture reacting with refrigerant

• Component or system failure

As part of a Full Air Conditioning Service we do the following:

• Check the system pressures and vent temperature

• Compare to recommended levels

• Remove air and moisture from the system

• Conduct a leak test

• Give a full visual inspection

• Recharge to recommended levels adding fresh oil as necessary

• Add an anti-bacterial system cleaner to remove bad smells and prevent them for 12 months

As part of an Air Conditioning System Re-gas including nitrogen leak test we do the following:

• Remove air and moisture from the system

• Test for leaks (when purchased with Nitrogen Test).

• Give a full visual inspection

• And recharge to recommended levels adding leak detector dye and oil as necessary
